Our fourth subsidiary EPS (Engineering & Procurement Services subsidiary Services) was established in 1985 in California in the United States of America . EPS Company provides technical support in Project planning, design, construction & procurement of power plants, also EPS transfers USA technology to EMFI Group staff.

EMFI Group has expanded steadily and has operating branch for (MPS) in LYBIA .
MPS LYBIA has executed many power projects and has provided exceptional values to our clients . MPS Libya also delivers most of EMFI Groups’ services to the Libyan market.
Also EMFI currently has operating branch staff in QATAR (PSTech) which specializes in the fields of High Voltage & Low Voltage activities, substations, Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, Engineering and Construction in Qatar Territory.

News & Events

MPS News

1) MPS Civil & Architecture Work Activities started on January 2008:
MPS is currently contracted and has already commenced in its first commercial and administrative tower Project, in Dokki with a cost of 15 million Egyptian Pounds. The project’s planned completion date is October 2009.

2) MPS in New Cairo District:
MPS is currently working on two residential buildings in New Cairo District & also engaged in the final negotiations for another two residential towers in the prominent Mohandseen area.

FuTech News

1) FuTech Egypt implements WaterCAD & SewerCAD and Train more than 150 engineers for the Project Master Plan of Holding Company for Water & Waste Water (HCWW) – Cairo


This project, which involves creation of a strategic master plan for portable, water and sewage networks for all of Egypt, includes collecting data about the existing portable water networks, creating a unified GIS model for these networks by local consultants and contractors, and sharing calculations and data between many disparate offices.


The massive project, currently involving more than 1,200 people is expected to be completed in Year 2037.

2) FuTech Egypt developed Professional Services Products for MAXIMO.

New add on products had been developed by FuTech Professional Services Team to accelerate the MAXIMO implementation and enhance the usage of modules to help the customers to gain from using MAXIMO faster, the PS products are:



- Maximo 6x Data Upload & Update Tools FuTech- Egypt Maximo Data Upload & Update Tools inputs data into Maximo the same way if you create the data records manually through Maximo Software’s standard font – end screens. Thus helping to ensure the same integrity validation and protection you would have using manual creation.
- Maximo 6x Barcode Max- bar lets you take advantage of XML printing without XML printers or programming. Interface your legacy label printers directly to Maximo applications for fast and reliable bar code label printing.
- Maximo 6x, ProjectWise EDMS Integration Maximo / ProjectWise Connector (DOC-BRIDGE) incorporates the very latest state of the art technology using JAVA scripts in order to support and to provide robust, scalable and secured infrastructure Enterprise Integration.
3) FuTech Egypt Launched IFS (ERP) Consultancy to MTN Sudan.

After Industrial Financial System – IFS  has been launched, FuTech Consultants implement IFS Financial Modules in MTN as first implementation in Sudan territory.

1) ITS has registered in the United States Green Building Council

ITS started consultancy services in the field of Facility Management Sustainable Practices Implementation by appointing consultants LEED Accredited Professionals in order to participate in new building construction and Green Building certification

Qatar Electricity awarded contract of providing technical staff for substations

Qatar Electricity has awarded to PSTech the contract of (Provision of Technical Staff for Supervision and Monitoring of Primary Substations). The contract period is projected to be 3 years with a total value of 30 Million Qatari Riyals.

MPS Careers

Project Manager

Responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering major and complex projects from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and startup. Monitors progress to assure that schedules are met and work is performed within budget. As the principal contact with the client throughout the entire project, resolves problems and coordinates the final turnover of the project to the client. Defines typical project scope and objectives and establishes work plans, schedules, budgets, project procedures, and staffing requirements.


Responsible for overall management of engineering activity for all phases of the project. Also, establishes the detailed project scope, including basic engineering criteria and assumptions, plans and develops the overall project engineering job-hour budget, project design and procurement schedules, and project procedures; reviews and assists in the development of project estimates; and coordinates with construction, startup, cost engineering, planning and scheduling, and procurement.

Responsible for directing a group of technical personnel within a specific engineering discipline or shared discipline. Supervises the group’s activities, develops complete and accurate vendor and construction working drawings. Monitors the group’s work for conformance to applicable codes and good engineering practice and makes sure that engineering, design, drafting, and procurement proceed on schedule, makes major decisions relating to the group’s design or process effort and reports major developments.
Procurement Engineer

Responsible for planning, managing, or coordinating procurement aspects of the project. Procurement aspects are defined as the contract administration, expediting, inspection, subcontracting traffic, localization implementation, and field procurement functions. Plans and prepares procurement procedures, reviews staffing plans, represents procurement in contacts with client, reviews prime contracts for special requirements affecting procurement operations and issues any necessary instructions.

Construction Supervisor (Discipline)

Monitors performance of all aspects of construction relating to a contact package. This includes coordination of interface points between contractors working within a package. Interfaces with other contract administrators to secure support and to work out problem areas between contract packages. Verifies that the work is done in conformance with the contract documents.

Startup Engineer

Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, checkout and preoperational testing, troubleshooting, initial calibration and loop testing, and cleaning of systems and equipment released from construction for startup operation, will also coordinate the work of subcontract/supplier service engineers, operations personnel, and, as necessary, construction forces required for startup support.

Project Accountant
Responsible for overall management of finance and accounting activity for the project. Plans and prepares accounting and loan administration procedures. Supervises the maintenance of books of accounts and the issuance of client billings. Coordinates and participates in the issuance of monthly financial and accounting reports. Coordinates the liaison between Owner and local banks for opening letters of credit in favor of contractor/supplier.


Responsible for handling daily cash in & out movement and cash & pay receipts, following bank deposits, withdrawals and transfers. Also responsible for preparing  daily entries and Journal registration, assists in preparing for quarterly and yearly financial reports, following up accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Training Instructor

Teach software classes to end user audiences. Conduct on site, open enrollment, and virtual classroom schools for MRO Software customers. Learn about new and updated products in order to teach training courses on them. Be a part of the course review team to test courseware to ensure that the labs and exercises work as planned. Review new and revised course material. Assist in training new instructors. Complete short term consulting assignments at customer sites as assigned.

Responsible for the on-site implementation of S/W Application modules, Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all aspects of S/W Solution Be able to carry out the assessment necessary to plan and design a system to meet Client requirements, including Functional Requirement Definition. Knowledgeable of all aspects of  EAM/ERP Business Operation,

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Practicum and providing estimates, plans, designs, and overseeing all technical aspects. Analyses business and application objectives to meet project needs, Provide technical guidance to project team, Carry out the integration process.

Complete the relevant internal administrative documentation in a timely manner it is expected that the Project Manager will be fully conversant with the roles and responsibilities of those reporting to him.
Sales Manager

Controls, supervises and monitors sales staff activities. Responsible for planning & implementing yearly sales target for each line of business. Assists in setting up short and long term business plan, coordinates between Futech departments and customers. Reviews the technical & non-technical feasibility of customer’s proposals, assists in enhancing sale techniques to meet market demands, keep breast to the new technology and products internationally. Also, works closely with other Futech sales managers, assists in building and maintaining database profile for Market products, customers, competitors and projects, provides accurate and timely reporting to management. He should achieve the quarterly & yearly quota, assists in collection of invoice of his sales sector. Minimum 10 years in Sales field with (5) years as Sales Manager

CMMMS Data Project Manager

Duties: 
  • Develop the work plan schedule & submit to Client Project Manager for approval.
  • Ensure adherence of data gathering workforce with the approved work plan.
  • Support the Workforce (Consultants & DG Team) in work progress.
  • Develop training plan of DG Team & follow up the training sessions.
  • Liaise with Professional Services data migration procedure.
CMMMS Data Gathering Consultant (Mech./Elec./I&C)
Duties:
  • Support DG Team in preparing Asset/Location data templates.
  • Continuous checking of gathered data to ensure QC/QA of records.
  • Guide DG Team in building required engineering data.

CMMMS Spare Parts & Item Specification Consultant

Duties:

D- PSTech - Qatar Careers

Substation Engineer

Responsible for monitoring, checkout, Operation & Maintenance, troubleshooting and day to day supervision of O & M staff for work activities of primary substations up to 400 KV, including planning the routine and preventive maintenance jobs. Experience of using CMMMS – Maximo is preferable .

Holding B.Sc. in Electric Power with experience of O & M not less than 10 years at least 5 years in transmission of HV up to 400 KV – fluent in English Language
Substation Maintenance Supervisor
Reporting day to day activities to Substation Engineer for monitoring, checkout, Operation & Maintenance, troubleshooting and day to day O & M of primary substations up to 400 KV, carry out routine and preventive maintenance jobs, has experience of Maximo is preferable, has capabilities of supervising maintenance technicians . 

Holding B.Sc. in Electric Power with experience of O & M not less than 10 years in transmission of HV up to 400 KV with good command in English language
